Head of Boutique at Chanel in Macau | Lead boutique operations and luxury retail excellence in a prestigious fashion role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all boutique operations including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing team, providing mentoring, training, and performance management aligned with Chanel's luxury standards
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalized service experiences that strengthen customer relationships and loyalty
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistent with Chanel's brand identity
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to optimize boutique profitability
- Represent the brand professionally in the local market and build relationships with key stakeholders and VIP clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique manager, store manager, or similar retail leadership role in luxury fashion
- Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and achieving commercial targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of luxury brand values and high-touch customer service
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional); additional languages a plus

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments, with demonstrated success managing boutiques or flagship stores.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
