Head of Boutique at Chanel in Macau | Lead boutique operations and luxury retail excellence in a prestigious fashion role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct all boutique operations including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing team, providing mentoring, training, and performance management aligned with Chanel's luxury standards
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalized service experiences that strengthen customer relationships and loyalty
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistent with Chanel's brand identity
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to optimize boutique profitability
  • Represent the brand professionally in the local market and build relationships with key stakeholders and VIP clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a boutique manager, store manager, or similar retail leadership role in luxury fashion
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and achieving commercial targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand values and high-touch customer service
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional); additional languages a plus

Experience
