Chanel Head of Boutique position in Bangkok leading luxury retail operations and client excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor boutique team to deliver exceptional client service and sales performance
- Develop and execute local business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clientele and corporate accounts
- Oversee visual merchandising, store operations, and inventory management
- Represent Chanel brand values and ensure compliance with global standards
- Report on boutique performance metrics and market trends to regional leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or boutique leadership
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and profitability goals
- Strong client relationship management and VIP hospitality experience
- Proficiency in English; Thai language proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Chanel brand heritage and luxury market positioning
Skills
Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, boutique operations, or hotel general management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail considered.
