Role & Responsibilities

• Manage shooting requests from press attachés and celebrity teams across France and internationally, including coordination, preparation, administrative documentation, customs procedures, and courier logistics
• Prioritise requests and resolve competing demands while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Prepare parcels, trunks, and garment racks; oversee packing, shipping tracking, unpacking, verification, and return inventory management
• Guarantee piece tracking across all shipments, particularly international orders, through systematic follow-up and stakeholder liaison
• Organise and oversee logistics for high-profile events such as the Cannes Film Festival, including preparation and dispatch
• Curate and maintain display arrangements within the Paris salons; stage haute couture pieces to showcase the House's aesthetic
• Archive and manage historical collections with offsite inventory coordination (including Vemars and heritage repositories)
• Execute garment maintenance including alterations, pressing services, and suit upkeep
• Design and implement new operational tools to improve tracking processes and workflows
• Create and maintain piece traceability documentation and spreadsheets
• Develop shared tracking tools by identifying needs, liaising with IT teams, deploying solutions, and training end users
• Coordinate requests from market managers to ensure piece availability according to operational needs
• Track and report on departmental metrics and activity outputs
• Oversee uniform distribution and assignment to ateliers

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in showroom-adjacent functions
• Proven capacity for proposing improvements and innovations
• Deep knowledge of haute couture heritage, design codes, and Chanel's historical collections
• Excellent interpersonal skills and talent for relationship-building
• Mastery of sales histories and piece-level inventory tracking
• Competence with IT tools including Excel, database management, and tracking system implementation
• Demonstrated responsiveness and strong service orientation
• Versatility in managing diverse, simultaneous tasks and priorities
• Aptitude for triaging urgent requests and organising work by strategic importance

Skills

Experience

Minimum two years of professional experience in showroom operations, collections management, fashion curation, or related haute couture environments. Strong background in administrative coordination, logistics, and piece-level tracking preferred.

Education

No specific degree mandated, though formal training in luxury fashion, museum curation, collections management, or business administration is advantageous.
