Role & Responsibilities

- Assist operationally during fittings, rehearsals and show preparations; ensure compliance with haute couture standards and timing constraints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s program in fashion, product/project management, industrial or luxury management (work‑study/alternance eligibility required).
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and tight schedules.
- Keen interest in haute couture techniques, materials and atelier workflows.
- High level of discretion, rigor and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present clear status reports to diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during fittings, show weeks and critical delivery phases.

Experience
Previous internship(s) or practical experience within a fashion house, atelier, production or project support function is highly desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to garment development or couture operations will be an advantage.
Education
Enrolment in a relevant higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion, industrial engineering, product/project management, luxury management or equivalent (alternance/work‑study eligible).
