Chanel Haute Couture Client Experience Assistant internship in Paris; coordinate shows, events, and luxury client services starting February 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing itineraries for show guests and coordinating VIP welcome protocols
- Prepare and organize gifts for clients; manage packaging and shipping logistics
- Support invitation distribution and room assignments for clients attending shows
- Coordinate makeup preparation and supply verification for makeup artists
- Create and maintain guest identification materials and updated vendor lists
- Develop and maintain the Fashion GPS Excel document to codify seasonal collections
- Catalog visual assets within CLIC, the internal image database
- Conduct competitive market research and benchmarking analysis of Haute Couture fashion weeks
- Accompany client photo sessions and update digital wardrobe records within client applications
- Organize and archive event photographs and memorabilia with clients
- Inventory and manage the client gifts stockroom; create wedding gift albums
- Organize team meeting minutes and coordinate with co-intern on joint projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree program at a business school (minimum Bac+3)
- Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
