Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort boutique guests with refined hospitality, ensuring a seamless brand experience aligned with Chanel's service standards
- Support retail operations and customer service protocols to optimize boutique efficiency and achieve sales objectives
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge spanning fashion, watchmaking, fine jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, dining, and events to guide clients effectively
- Embody Chanel's brand vision and values in all client interactions, regardless of clientele origin (domestic or international)
- Provide personalized, attentive service to all guests, with particular focus on VIP and international clientele
- Participate in sales training modules to understand clienteling practices and product positioning
