Role & Responsibilities

  • DeliverVIP, personalised client service across in-store and remote touchpoints, anticipating needs and ensuring exceptional experiences for high-net-worth customers.
  • Manage client appointments, inbound enquiries and follow-up communications, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update client records and histories in the clienteling system; coordinate invitations and RSVPs for private appointments and events.
  • Liaise with sales advisors, store management, visual merchandising and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stock availability.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, escalating complex cases appropriately while protecting client confidentiality.
  • Coordinate concierge services including bespoke requests, shipping/logistics for client deliveries, and bespoke gifting or tailoring coordination.
  • Support boutique KPIs through targeted client outreach, reactivation campaigns and loyalty program engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end client services, preferably within a flagship boutique environment.
  • Impeccable manner, cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact confidently with affluent and international clientele.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing requests.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support boutique opening times and private client events.
