Chanel in Osaka seeks a Guest Relations (GR) to manage VIP client relationships and deliver exceptional service across the Kansai region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove service to clientele in the Kansai region, cultivating trust and long‑term relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
- Manage inbound client enquiries and appointment scheduling across boutique channels, ensuring timely, personalised responses and follow‑up.
- Operate and maintain client records in CRM and boutique systems to support segmentation, targeted outreach and aftercare.
- Collaborate closely with boutique teams and regional management to coordinate private viewings, pre‑launch previews and in‑store events.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, confidentiality and compliance in all client communications and transactions.
- Support sales objectives through proactive clienteling, personalized recommendations and post‑sale relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury retail or high‑end hospitality with strong client service orientation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Proficiency with CRM workflows and boutique point‑of‑sale procedures; meticulous attention to record keeping.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment and to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Professional presentation and thorough knowledge of product categories relevant to Chanel (fashion, leather goods, beauty).

Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, client services, or hospitality with demonstrable success managing VIP clients and delivering personalized service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
