Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across in‑store interactions, appointments and telephone/email enquiries to uphold Chanel’s standards of hospitality and discretion.
- Manage clienteling activities: maintain accurate client records, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on enquiries and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Support the sales team to achieve store KPIs through proactive outreach, client qualification and conversion; assist with styling and product presentations when required.
- Operate point‑of‑sale procedures, process transactions and manage returns or exchanges in accordance with house policy.
- Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensure stock presentation and replenishment, and assist with seasonal floor moves and events.
- Coordinate with store management, after‑sales and CRM teams to resolve client issues, track bespoke requests and ensure flawless post‑purchase service.
- Contribute to in‑store events and VIP appointments, including personalised service delivery, gift preparation and discreet concierge support.
Qualifications
- Previous frontline experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high‑end client service (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to build rapport with discerning clientele and manage confidential client information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service‑oriented attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with retail transactions, basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems; experience with clienteling or CRM processes advantageous.
- Flexible schedule to support boutique hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Preferably 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality, demonstrating success in clienteling, sales conversion and high standards of service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
