Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of top client acquisition and retention strategies across the Northeast region
- Oversee management of key account relationships and VIP clienteling programs
- Direct regional team leadership and performance management aligned with luxury service standards
- Collaborate with boutique operations, e-commerce, and jewelry divisions to maximize client lifetime value
