Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of UX researchers, data scientists, and personalization specialists across global digital platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive user research strategies to inform personalization roadmaps and digital experience enhancements
- Define and implement personalization frameworks that balance brand luxury positioning with customer-centric innovation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate research insights into actionable digital strategy and product roadmaps
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of advanced analytics and personalization technologies
- Establish best practices, research methodologies, and quality standards for UX research across the organization
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in digital experience design, UX research, or related domains within luxury or premium consumer brands
- Proven expertise in personalization strategy and advanced analytics implementation
- Track record of leading high-performing teams in matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital customer journey optimization
- Strong familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and personalization engines
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in digital user experience, research, or closely related fields within luxury, premium retail, or high-end consumer services. Demonstrated success building and leading research and personalization teams in complex, matrix-driven organizations. Proven track record of leveraging consumer insights to drive transformational digital initiatives and improve key performance indicators.
Education
Bachelor's degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, computer science, business, marketing, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
