Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve Chanel's comprehensive approach to organization design, operating models, and change methodology, ensuring consistent application across enterprise transformations and updating frameworks for artificial intelligence integration
- Diagnose and design across all organizational levers—structure, operating model, spans and layers, roles and decision rights, governance, and ways of working—for complex, cross-functional transformations
- Create and operationalize reusable, scalable tools and frameworks for structure design, role clarity, decision rights, and ways of working (including programs such as PACE) that drive adoption across P&O and the broader business
- Partner with Global functions to build and deploy change capability organization-wide, leveraging the House's change-management approach and adoption measurement methodology
- Lead support for high-priority, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations—including pilot initiatives, sensitive projects, and ecosystem work—while maintaining clear scope boundaries
- Enable the evolution of the HRBP function, shifting it from operational support toward strategic business advisory, and coach HRBPs, centers of excellence, and project teams to lead change effectively
- Mobilize P&O to identify and lead organizational transformation opportunities, manage AI-related workforce disruption, and partner with portfolio management, people analytics, and workforce strategy teams
- Translate employee engagement listening (via Voices) into meaningful organizational change through interpretation and action-planning support
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR change enablement and organizational design
- Deep expertise in organization design methodologies, operating model design, capability-based design, spans and layers analysis, and decision rights frameworks
- Proven fluency in structured change-management methodology with demonstrated expertise in change readiness assessment, executive sponsorship, manager enablement, and adoption measurement and impact tracking
- Group Director-level credibility, advanced facilitation and communication skills, and proven ability to influence through ambiguity without relying on formal authority
- Track record of designing and deploying reusable tools, frameworks, and governance models that achieve actual adoption, supported by data-informed approaches to enablement design and measurement
- Extensive experience guiding high-stakes, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformations
- Strategic perspective on artificial intelligence's impact on organizational design and the future of work
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master's degree preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR change enablement, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise organization design. Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformations at the enterprise level, building scalable capability within HR and business functions, and establishing change frameworks and methodologies that achieve sustained adoption. Experience partnering with C-suite and senior business leadership on high-stakes initiatives is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, business administration, or related discipline is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 190,000 per annum.
