Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets for internal communications across print and digital channels (templates, infographics, presentations, signage).
  • Prepare and deliver print‑ready files; oversee prepress checks and ensure adherence to brand and production standards.
  • Support end‑to‑end event production for corporate/internal events: signage, stage visuals, supplier briefings, installation and on‑site assistance.
  • Coordinate with communication stakeholders, external suppliers and internal production teams to manage schedules, specifications and quality control.
  • Maintain asset libraries, version control and production documentation; perform final QA on deliverables prior to distribution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication, Event Management or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study required).
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design capability and production understanding (academic projects and internships accepted).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and detailed production specifications.
  • Professional discretion, collaborative mindset and capacity to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Availability for an alternance/work‑study contract for the duration required by the training programme.
