Role & Responsibilities
- Manage overall portfolio of FBP initiatives and corporate-led projects by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Develop a 360-degree view of all projects and initiatives with understanding of implications to FBP business, working with project owners to mitigate risks
- Support North Asia FBP project leads in driving project plans forward, resolving blockers, and managing action items
- Facilitate clear change communication and status reporting to global, regional, and market teams across leadership, métier leads, corporate functions, and end users
- Serve as key point of contact for corporate projects in collaboration with the Head of Governance & Planning
- Instill project management practices within the NA FBP team across pre-, during, and post-project phases including business case development, project charter, status tracking, budget monitoring, and benefits measurement
- Orchestrate timeline and key milestones for mid-term planning and budget cycles between region and markets in alignment with global timelines
- Plan and facilitate business cascade sessions with regional corporate functions to share FBP strategy and priorities
- Organize forums to share information with regional métiers and markets
- Gather stakeholder feedback and optimize planning processes for effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Experience in the luxury or beauty industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in complex, matrix environments
- Proven stakeholder leadership and influence skills across organizational levels
- Experience with portfolio management frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to balance competing priorities and resolve interdependencies across functions

5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably within luxury or beauty sectors, with demonstrated success in orchestrating initiatives across regional and market organizations.
