Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of selected international programmes for Fondation CHANEL, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timelines.
- Design and manage project plans, milestones and budgets; monitor performance and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners including cultural institutions, grantees, agencies and consultants.
- Oversee grantmaking and contracting processes, including due diligence, legal/compliance coordination and payment schedules.
- Lead monitoring, evaluation and impact reporting; synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into executive summaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders within Chanel (communications, legal, finance) to ensure seamless programme execution.
- Represent Fondation CHANEL at events, meetings and site visits; manage logistics for international travel and partner workshops.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations and donor reports for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in arts management, international development, cultural policy or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of managing international cultural or philanthropic programmes, including budget and partner oversight.
- Demonstrable experience with grantmaking, partner due diligence and contract administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive reports and stakeholder briefings.
- Ability to travel internationally and to work across time zones.
- Professional discretion and cultural sensitivity when working with high-profile partners and stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience managing international programmes or philanthropic initiatives, with direct responsibility for budgeting, partner management and impact measurement — ideally within the cultural, arts or nonprofit sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in arts management, cultural policy, international development or a related discipline is preferred.
