Chanel seeks a Global Process Owner, Source-to-Pay in London to define and optimize procurement workflows across the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, document, and maintain the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process architecture and end-to-end workflows
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance across the procurement function
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT to standardize processes and eliminate silos
- Monitor process performance through key metrics and KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
- Lead process redesign initiatives and ensure change management implementation across multiple regions and business units
- Provide process governance, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, business process management (BPM), or operational excellence methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with process mapping tools and workflow automation technologies
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
Skills
Experience
7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or business process management, with a minimum of 3 years in a global process ownership or similar transformation role
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
