Chanel Global Process Lead – Order to Cash (O2C)
Chanel seeks a Global Process Lead – O2C in London to drive Order-to-Cash standardisation, ERP initiatives and global financial controls.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process globally, establishing standardized procedures, controls and KPI frameworks across markets.
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, cash flow and invoice accuracy, using data-driven approaches and benchmark practices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Distribution, Legal and IT to resolve operational issues, align SLAs and embed governance.
- Sponsor and coordinate system enhancements, ERP rollouts or integrations impacting O2C (requirements definition, UAT, deployment and hypercare).
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and finance policies, and support external/internal audits related to O2C activities.
- Develop and deliver training, process documentation and change-management materials to local teams and third-party service providers.
- Monitor global performance metrics (DSO, billing accuracy, dispute volume, collections effectiveness) and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; master’s degree or professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in Order-to-Cash operations including billing, credit & collections, cash application and dispute management.
- Proven experience leading cross-border process standardization and stakeholder management in a complex, multi-channel retail or luxury goods environment.
- Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and experience supporting audit and compliance processes.
- Strong project and change management capabilities with experience in ERP/system implementation projects.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5–8+ years of progressive experience in O2C, finance operations or shared services functions, including leadership of global process transformations and ERP-related projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline; Master’s degree or professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
