Chanel Operational Marketing Coordinator, Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month internship in Parfums Beauté supporting international marketing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the operational follow-up and updates of the Marketing calendar (N and N+1), handling ad hoc regional requests including early launches, local activation proposals, and planning adjustments
- Support regional teams (US, UK, Europe, Asia) in the operational deployment of the international marketing plan, serving as the primary contact for all plan-related matters
- Review and challenge campaign launchbooks by region to ensure relevance, clarity, and completeness of information, enabling reliable forecasting by local teams
- Coordinate closely with International Marketing teams to consolidate products, mockups, and assets for strategic presentations to key retailers across regions
- Conduct business performance analysis (sell-in, sell-out) and qualitative competitive studies
- Monitor beauty catalog inventory in and out
- Participate in cross-functional projects including sampling strategy structuring aligned with marketing plan priorities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business school program (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Prior successful experience in Marketing, Operational Marketing, Retail, or Business Development
- Strong appetite for beauty, retail, and luxury sectors
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated rigor, precision, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced English and French language proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience
Prior successful experience in Marketing, Operational Marketing, Retail, or Business Development; ideally within the beauty, luxury, or retail sectors. Students nearing completion of a business school program are encouraged to apply.
Education
Business school or equivalent (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level). Currently enrolled students may apply.
