Chanel seeks a Learning & Development Intern in Paris to support global L&D platform adoption, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement solutions to optimize the Learning organization's processes and improve overall learner experience
- Support the development and adoption of a global learning platform (LMS) with stakeholder engagement and resource accessibility
- Collaborate with IT and Tech Innovation teams to develop, test, and evaluate solutions for piloting and scaling
- Manage and lead projects related to generative AI, low-code, and automation technologies to drive innovation within the Learning domain
- Analyze L&D data to track progress, assess learning initiative effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for strategic improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Education Technology, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field
- Strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, low-code platforms, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management; experience with L&D trends and technologies is advantageous
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
