Chanel internship: Global IT Client Programme Office Manager role in corporate digital team at Neuilly-sur-Seine headquarters, January 2027
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate recurring meetings and governance instances for the team and Global Client & Data department, including event planning, calendar management, meeting preparation, minutes documentation, and logistics for quarterly offsite meetings
- Co-facilitate the cross-functional community supporting the platform initiative in partnership with business stakeholders, including monthly community meetings and coordination of an annual in-person event with 100+ participants
- Administer platform access rights and associated resources, including validation of user permissions, monthly access audits, and maintenance of access entitlements
- Maintain and update the team's documentation repository, including classification and continuous improvement of SharePoint reference materials and team knowledge bases
- Support onboarding of new community contributors (internal hires, regional contributors, external vendors), including preparation of new-joiner packages, access provisioning guidance, and orientation to tools and resources
- Participate in budgetary planning and financial tracking with external vendors, including budget consolidation, consumption monitoring with stakeholders, procurement requisitions, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation
- Provide ad hoc support on cross-functional topics at the request of the Senior Manager
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent programme in digital project management
- Demonstrated interest in IT, digital technology, and data management with a strong sensitivity to customer experience
- Strong capacity for synthesis, anticipation, and adaptability with entrepreneurial initiative and sound prioritization skills
- Rigorous, meticulous approach with attention to detail and organizational precision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility to develop impactful and professional visual materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Confluent, and Jira is advantageous
