Chanel is recruiting a Global Intranet Platforms Service Owner in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead enterprise digital workplace strategy and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the strategic vision, roadmap, and governance framework for global intranet platforms and digital workplace services
  • Oversee platform architecture, infrastructure management, and technical performance metrics to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships to deliver platform enhancements, updates, and new capabilities
  • Manage service-level agreements (SLAs), incident response protocols, and user support escalation procedures
  • Conduct regular stakeholder consultations with business units, regional offices, and technology teams to assess platform requirements and pain points
  • Drive user adoption through change management initiatives, training programs, and communication campaigns
  • Monitor platform utilization, user engagement metrics, and feedback to inform continuous optimization
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a platform owner, service manager, or similar leadership role in enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrable expertise in intranet platforms, digital workplace solutions, or enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Workplace, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and business transformation initiatives
  • Technical acumen in systems architecture, performance optimization, and infrastructure planning
  • Project management capability with ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under deadline
