Chanel seeks a Global Intranet Platforms Service Owner in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France to lead enterprise digital workplace solutions globally with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate global intranet strategy and vision in alignment with all Chanel entities through federated governance
  • Design and operate the intranet service offering across the House, industrializing clear methodologies and best practices in partnership with Internal Communication and IT Corporate Functions
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, security protocols, and GDPR compliance measures in collaboration with the Global Cybersecurity team
  • Ensure reliable day-to-day operations and SLA compliance across all time zones, working with partners, support teams, and IT teams
  • Manage the global L2/L3 support chain, handle incident and bug ticket flows, and maintain licensing and FinOps for all solutions in the portfolio
  • Guide Chanel entities toward operational excellence through adoption of standards and methodologies, empowering local teams and champions
  • Manage the project portfolio—piloting projects on time, on budget, and on scope while providing dashboards and reporting
  • Capitalize on the LumApps partnership to extend service levels, drive roadmap evolution, and implement features meeting business needs globally
  • Lead a Global Intranet Center of Excellence and drive Proofs of Concept on emerging technologies including custom website solutions and Agentic AI capabilities
  • Track vendor technology roadmaps and anticipate how new features can benefit Chanel's intranet ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in service ownership or platform management at global scale within intranet and digital workplace web solutions
  • Deep technical expertise in LumApps, SharePoint Online, front-end web development (React), Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Copilot), Azure AD, SAML/SSO, Akamai, and web analytics
  • Demonstrated experience orchestrating Centers of Excellence and deployment programs with the ability to empower local champions and drive knowledge transfer
  • Computer Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+5 standard)
  • Proven ability to lead global services in collaborative environments and facilitate dialogue across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong project management expertise with agile methodologies
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Vendor and roadmap awareness with the ability to partner strategically with platform vendors

Comfortable with end-to-end accountability spanning strategic planning, vendor management, technical implementation, and operational excellence.

Education

Computer Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+5 or higher).
