Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of campaign elements to e-Retailers in collaboration with Marketing, Art Direction, Social Media, and CRM teams
  • Develop omnichannel toolkits for regional teams to ensure optimal customer experience and brand integrity
  • Monitor product launches and competitive activity across 100+ authorized retail partners, analyzing visibility and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Produce monthly activity reports synthesizing e-Retail and marketing performance for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control of partner e-commerce sites for compliance with Chanel brand standards
  • Provide operational support to regional teams in adapting global campaigns for local markets
  • Coordinate with media agencies and internal teams on campaign video delivery, brand messaging, and product visuals
  • Support management of partner social media accounts and product information management (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) systems

Qualifications

  • Higher education background in business school or university studies
  • Fluent English
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
