Chanel — Internship: Global eRetail Project Manager (Parfums Beauté) in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support global eCommerce projects for the Beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global eRetail project team on rollouts, product launches and promotional activations across third‑party retailers and marketplaces.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication between global, regional and local teams (marketing, merchandising, supply and external partners).
- Prepare project plans, status reports and executive presentations to track milestones and risks.
- Assist with product content management: asset preparation, content feeds, and quality control to ensure brand and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in user-acceptance testing (UAT) and platform validations; escalate and track issues to resolution.
- Monitor basic performance indicators and provide analytical support for post-launch reviews and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, marketing, digital commerce or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in eCommerce, retail operations or beauty/consumer goods (academic projects, internships or extracurriculars).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare clear presentations and cross‑functional documentation.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Experience
Previous internship experience or substantial academic project work in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail operations or a related area is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to project coordination and digital retail concepts.

Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
