Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of assigned projects, defining scope, milestones, timelines and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — design, production, procurement, logistics and external suppliers — to secure timely execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs and report variances; propose corrective actions to maintain financial discipline.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation: schedules, risk registers, progress reports and executive presentations.
  • Oversee vendor selection and performance, negotiate scopes of work and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues appropriately and implement mitigation strategies to preserve timelines and quality.
  • Ensure all work complies with Chanel’s quality, branding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering projects for premium or luxury brands, agencies or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrable competence in project planning, budgeting and stakeholder management.
  • Track record of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors to deliver complex, time‑sensitive initiatives.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
  • Professional autonomy and capacity to work on a freelance/contract basis, with a portfolio of delivered projects.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' substantive project management experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury goods, or related manufacturing/logistics sectors. Proven delivery of cross-functional projects and supplier coordination is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, supply chain or equivalent professional experience; formal project management certification is an advantage.
