Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeover services and create bespoke experiences for clients using Chanel's signature techniques.
- Support events and sales initiatives at key retail locations, maintaining the brand's high standards of customer service and artistry.
- Share beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques with clients to inspire and educate.
- Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, and enhance client retention and recruitment.
- Deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience across all retail venues.
- Engage and educate clients about Chanel's brand DNA and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Retail makeup artistry experience preferred.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work efficiently across various retail locations.
- Mobility within the city region.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- National travel availability preferred.
- Registered company with GST/HST number preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail makeup artistry is preferred, with a focus on delivering high-quality client services and achieving sales targets.
