Chanel seeks a Fragrance Specialist in Singapore for luxury fragrance retail. Deliver personalized client consultations and drive sales while embodying brand values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chanel brand heritage, values, and fragrance & beauty offerings
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations and create bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Achieve sales targets and drive cross-selling initiatives to maximize client basket value
- Retain existing clients, recruit new ones, and cultivate sustained client return rates
- Facilitate seamless omni-channel shopping experiences across all points of sale
- Educate and inspire clients on fragrance and beauty products as a Chanel ambassador
- Share best practices with team members to elevate collective fragrance knowledge and industry standards
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance as a brand representative and team role model
Qualifications
- ISIPCA training or equivalent professional fragrance certification
- Demonstrated passion for beauty and fragrance culture with keen olfactory sensibility
- Strong business orientation combined with client-centric mindset
- Ability to communicate complex fragrance concepts clearly and inspiringly
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in beauty and fragrance trends
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury fragrance or beauty retail, with demonstrated success in client advisory roles and sales achievement. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering client loyalty.
Education
Secondary education minimum; professional fragrance certification (ISIPCA or equivalent) required or strongly preferred.
