Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke fragrance consultations and guided product trials to high‑value and walk‑in clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and promotion of launches and limited editions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and fragrance knowledge; articulate raw materials, scent families and usage recommendations with confidence.
