Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke fragrance consultations and guided product trials to high‑value and walk‑in clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and promotion of launches and limited editions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and fragrance knowledge; articulate raw materials, scent families and usage recommendations with confidence.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to Chanel standards, including sampling stations and tester replenishment.
- Manage inventory on the sales floor, process transactions accurately using POS systems, and assist with stock intake and reconciliation.
- Cultivate and maintain client records; proactively follow up on leads, appointments and aftercare to build long‑term relationships.
- Support in‑store events, product launches and promotional activities; collaborate with store colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable aptitude for consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polished presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and peak promotional periods; legal right to work in China.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in beauty, fragrance or high‑end luxury stores and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is advantageous.
