CHANEL is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for its Covent Garden counter to deliver personalised fragrance consultations, build client relationships across in-store and digital channels, lead events and support fragrance, makeup and skincare sales. The role also includes clienteling, colleague coaching and contribution to CHANEL’s sustainability ambitions. Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, working any 5 days in 7.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and across digital channels.
- Deliver expert, personalised fragrance consultations that captivate and educate clients.
- Confidently communicate product benefits, category knowledge and application techniques to clients and colleagues.
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the fragrance category.
- Use clienteling and data-capture tools to recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead by example in delivering an exceptional client experience and support business growth through innovative events.
- Mentor and act as an ambassador to colleagues, providing coaching and guidance on fragrance to help them deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Promote makeup and skincare alongside fragrance, contributing to the overall success of the counter.
- Contribute to CHANEL’s sustainability ambitions across restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting the autonomy of women.
