Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
- Deliver expert personalised fragrance consultations that captivate and educate clients on product benefits and application techniques
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the fragrance category and engage new audiences
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow individual client portfolio
- Support colleagues through coaching and mentoring on fragrance knowledge, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Contribute to Chanel's sustainability initiatives across nature restoration, circularity, dignity and prosperity, and women's autonomy
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of perfumery and fragrance categories
- Experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably in luxury beauty or fragrance
- Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections

Experience
