Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences across in-store and digital channels
- Deliver expert personalised fragrance consultations that captivate and educate clients on product benefits and application techniques
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the fragrance category and engage clients
- Utilise clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow individual client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues, providing coaching on fragrance expertise and exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the overall success of the counter through promotion of makeup and skincare products
