Chanel is hiring a Fragrance Specialist in London (Covent Garden) to deliver personalised scent consultations and drive luxury fragrance sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience for fragrance customers, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate in-depth fragrance product knowledge and provide tailored scent consultations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Manage merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation to brand standards within the Covent Garden boutique.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain client records in accordance with brand procedures.
- Contribute to in-store events, launches and sampling programmes; collaborate with the boutique team to optimise footfall conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales, preferably with a focus on fragrance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultative sales skills with the ability to influence high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for perfume composition, ingredients and olfactory classifications.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal presentation skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty sales, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetics or retail sales preferred.
