Chanel Fragrance Specialist position in Guangzhou, China – luxury beauty retail role focusing on personalized fragrance consultation and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's fragrance heritage, brand values, and modern cosmetics and fragrance product lines
- Provide personalized fragrance consultation and recommendations tailored to individual customer preferences
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and achieve team sales targets
- Deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences by integrating digital trends with in-store engagement
- Mentor and train team members on fragrance-related product knowledge and industry best practices
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and luxury customer service in all interactions
Qualifications
- High degree of professionalism and polish
- Strong passion for and curiosity about fragrance, cosmetics, and luxury fashion culture
- Self-motivated with the ability to influence customer perception and drive engagement
- Certification from Institut Supérieur International de Parfumerie et Cosmétologie Appliquée (ISIPCA) or equivalent credential (preferred)
