Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience with a high level of product knowledge across Chanel fragrances and fragrance layering.
- Advise clients on scent selection and application, build long-term client relationships and maintain an active clienteling approach to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Manage merchandising and presentation to Chanel standards within the Brown Thomas environment, including stock rotation and sample presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS, handle cash and payments, and maintain meticulous sales records.
- Support product launches, in-store events and promotional activities, representing the Chanel fragrance portfolio professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment and ensure compliance with loss-prevention and product-security procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling prestige fragrances or cosmetics within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and clienteling skills with a demonstrable ability to develop high-value client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; polished professional demeanour appropriate to a high-end luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak promotional periods.
- Right to work in Ireland.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fragrance or high-end cosmetics retail with a proven sales record and experience delivering personalised client service.
Education
Secondary education required; formal training or certification in beauty, cosmetics or fragrance is preferred.
