Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, personalised fragrance consultations that educate and captivate clients
• Build long-lasting client relationships through memorable, tailored experiences across in-store and digital channels
• Host masterclasses and in-store fragrance events to elevate the category and engage clients
• Share comprehensive product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with clients and colleagues
• Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs
• Support business growth through innovative events and service excellence
• Act as mentor and ambassador to colleagues, providing coaching and guidance on fragrance knowledge and customer service
• Promote makeup and skincare products to maximise overall counter performance
• Contribute to Chanel's sustainability ambitions through daily practices and collective action

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of perfumery and fragrance expertise
• Proven experience in client-facing retail environments
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections
• Confidence in delivering fragrance workshops and engaging in-store events
• Team-first mindset with collaborative spirit
• Passionate commitment to client experience and storytelling

Experience

Experience in a client-facing retail environment, ideally within beauty or luxury sectors. Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative sales and build lasting client relationships.
