Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences delivered in-store and via digital channels
- Deliver expert personalised fragrance consultations that captivate and educate clients on product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the fragrance category and drive client engagement
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on all aspects of fragrance expertise and customer service
- Contribute to CHANEL's sustainability ambitions across restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting women's autonomy

- Proven experience in a client-facing luxury retail or beauty environment
