Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored fragrance recommendations to high-net-worth clientele
- Execute consultative selling techniques to identify customer olfactory preferences and lifestyle alignment
- Maintain boutique visual standards and product displays according to Chanel brand guidelines
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised service and follow-up engagement
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Contribute to team performance targets and KPIs within the fragrance department
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in fragrance classification and olfactory terminology
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or clienteling environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage affluent clientele
- Understanding of Chanel brand heritage and fragrance portfolio
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury fragrance retail, beauty consultancy, or comparable high-end customer-facing roles within the premium sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred.
