Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, highly personalised fragrance consultations and product recommendations to luxury clientele at the Selfridges Oxford Street concession.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM record-keeping and follow-up communications.
- Meet and exceed individual and concession sales targets while maximising attach rates through strategic cross-selling of complementary beauty and skincare products.
- Execute merchandise presentation and visual standards, including fragrance displays, sampling stations and promotional set-ups in line with Chanel guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising replenishment and point-of-sale transactions accurately while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support product launches, in-store events and experiential activations; liaise with Selfridges and Chanel retail management to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain current, expert knowledge of Chanel fragrance portfolio, ingredient stories and category trends through continuous training.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury fragrance or prestige beauty sales, ideally within a high-end department store environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy and polished client-facing manner appropriate for ultra-premium clientele.
- Strong numerical literacy and experience using POS systems and CRM tools for sales recording and client management.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.
