Chanel seeks a Fragrance Brand Manager for a fixed-term contract in London. Lead UK fragrance strategy and marketing initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fragrance brand strategy aligned with Chanel's global vision and UK market objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, retail, and sales to implement brand campaigns and activations
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, sales trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage fragrance product launches and seasonal collections across UK retail channels
  • Collaborate with international brand teams to ensure consistency while adapting to local market dynamics
  • Oversee brand budget allocation and optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in luxury goods, with at least 2 years in fragrance or beauty
