Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and coach team members to create exceptional customer service experiences.
• Work closely with relevant internal departments, lead the team to achieve targets, and help maintain Chanel’s leading position in fragrance and beauty retail while enhancing the brand image.
• Apply a broad commercial perspective, understand the omnichannel retail environment, and implement the full customer service process.
• Promote the brand’s culture and vision and integrate them into customer service.
• Lead a large team to achieve targets and help each advisor meet individual performance indicators.
• Partner with the training team to support employees’ personal and professional development and cultivate talent for the brand’s succession pipeline.
• Ensure processes operate correctly in line with headquarters standards and maximize store operating efficiency.
• Lead the team in delivering distinctive service and increasing customer loyalty.
• Share insights on the industry, products, and customer service to influence brand business strategy.
• Identify business opportunities and achieve team goals in line with the brand’s vision and strategy.
• Work with the Retail Training and Development team to strengthen overall team capability.
• Represent the brand at the counter and provide customers with an excellent service experience.
