Chanel seeks a Fragrance and Beauty Store Manager in Guiyang to lead a large team, achieve commercial targets, develop employees and deliver distinctive customer experiences. The role combines omnichannel retail understanding, efficient store operations and close collaboration with internal teams; full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain close contact with relevant internal departments, lead the team to achieve its targets, support Chanel’s leading position in fragrance and beauty retail, and contribute to strengthening the brand image.
- Promote brand culture and vision by integrating them into customer service.
- Lead a large team to achieve targets and help each advisor meet individual performance indicators.
- Partner with the training team to support employees’ personal and professional development and nurture talent for the brand’s talent pipeline.
- Ensure store processes comply with head-office standards and maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead the team in providing distinctive, outstanding service and increasing customer loyalty.
- Share insights on the industry, products and customer service to influence brand business strategy.
- Identify business opportunities and achieve team goals in line with the brand’s vision and strategy.
- Work with the Retail Training and Development Manager to strengthen team capabilities.
- Represent the brand at the counter and provide customers with an optimal service experience.
