Chanel in Paris seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Intern (Summer) to support boutique sales, merchandising and client service in luxury beauty.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service and expert product advice for fragrance and beauty categories, adapting recommendations to individual preferences.
- Support daily boutique operations: welcome clients, manage appointments, process sales and returns using the point-of-sale system.
- Implement and maintain Chanel visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation, replenishment and boutique tidiness.
- Assist with stock intake, inventory checks and basic stock management tasks under the direction of the boutique manager.
- Contribute to promotional events, product launches and clienteling initiatives, capturing client data and following up where appropriate.
- Achieve assigned sales objectives and participate in performance reviews; report client feedback and market trends to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Cosmetology or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in France for the duration of the internship.
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Professional grooming and a client-centric demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in prestige fragrance and skincare.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; internships or seasonal roles in luxury retail are highly regarded.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Cosmetology or a related field.
