Chanel seeks a Part-Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Boots Meadowhall, Sheffield to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury client service and product consultations focused on fragrance, skincare and makeup.
- Achieve individual and concession sales targets through proactive clienteling, demonstrations and cross-selling.
- Maintain Chanel visual and merchandising standards within the Boots concession, including replenishment and displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns according to brand and partner policies.
- Support stock management activities: receive deliveries, perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate in training on product knowledge, sales techniques and regulatory/hygiene requirements for cosmetics.
- Collaborate professionally with Boots colleagues and concession management to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within fragrance, skincare or cosmetics (concession or department store experience advantageous).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service in a luxury or premium environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends and retail peak periods.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to work on a part-time rota.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ years of frontline retail experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance or luxury retail; concession or department store experience considered a strong advantage.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) required; vocational or beauty retail qualifications preferred.
