The Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant represents CHANEL at Boots Plymouth, developing client relationships, delivering personalised fragrance, makeup and skincare consultations, and supporting sales targets and sustainability ambitions. Permanent, part-time role at 22.5 hours per week, working any 3 days in 7.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships by delivering tailored, memorable experiences in-store and through digital channels.
- Share fragrance, makeup and skincare knowledge with confidence through storytelling.
- Deliver expert, personalised consultations that engage and educate clients.
- Use clienteling and data-capture tools to recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio.
- Contribute to individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
- Support CHANEL’s sustainability ambitions through collective action across restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting women’s autonomy.
