Chanel is hiring a Part-time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Boots Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Deliver luxury client service and drive beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative client experiences that reflect Chanel’s luxury service standards at Boots Cribbs Causeway.
- Advise customers on fragrances, skincare and cosmetics; perform demonstrations, sampling and product layering to drive conversion and basket value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPI metrics through proactive selling, upselling and client follow-up.
- Maintain presentation and merchandising to Chanel visual standards within the Boots environment, ensuring product availability and correct facings.
- Manage transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using store POS; perform basic cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation as required.
- Build and maintain client records through clienteling activities and support promotional events, launches and in-store activations.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel and retail partner policies for product integrity, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury brands (preferably 1+ years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide tailored product advice.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours; able to work part-time schedule.
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand expectations.

Typically 1+ year of hands-on retail experience in beauty or luxury sales, with demonstrated success against sales targets and experience delivering one-to-one consultations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or NVQ in beauty/retail is desirable but not mandatory.
