Chanel Part-Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at John Lewis Oxford. Permanent 22.5-hour weekly retail role in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
- Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling and expert product education
- Deliver personalized consultations that captivate and educate clients on CHANEL's fragrance, makeup, and skincare collections
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs while maintaining performance-based sustainable growth

- Experience in a client-facing retail environment
- Demonstrated passion for client experience and luxury retail
- Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections

Experience
Experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably in luxury beauty or fashion retail. Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through empathy and insight, with proven success in achieving sales targets through meaningful client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.
