Chanel seeks a Part-Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant for John Lewis Oxford to deliver luxury retail experiences
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on Chanel fragrance and beauty products to discerning customers
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the full range of Chanel fragrances, skincare, makeup, and accessories
- Drive sales and achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Create engaging in-store experiences and build lasting client relationships
- Process transactions accurately and maintain till accountability
- Support visual merchandising and maintain the beauty counter to the highest standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail or beauty sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fragrances and cosmetics
- Ability to engage with diverse clientele in a consultative manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
