Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable in-store and digital experiences
- Share passion and expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling and confident product knowledge
- Deliver expert personalized consultations that educate and captivate clients
- Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand the client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Embody Chanel's brand values and DNA as the ultimate Chanel ambassador
