Role & Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
• Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling and expertise
• Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients on product benefits and usage
• Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
• Help achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
• Contribute to Chanel's sustainability ambitions across climate restoration, circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and women's autonomy

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment
• Passion for client experience and creating memorable interactions
• Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections
• Collaborative and team-first mindset

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium retail sectors. Strong track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Education

Secondary education minimum; additional training in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is advantageous.
