Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Boots Trafford Centre in Manchester. Permanent, 35 hours/week role requiring retail experience and passion for client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and via digital channels
  • Share passion and expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling
  • Deliver expert personalized consultations that educate and captivate clients
  • Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to recruit new clients and expand client portfolio
  • Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs
  • Embody Chanel's sustainability values and contribute to the house's four key sustainability ambitions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing retail environment
