Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and via digital channels
- Share passion and product knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling
- Deliver expert, personalized consultations that captivate and educate clients on brand heritage and product benefits
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand the client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
