CHANEL is seeking a Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant at Harrods Knightsbridge to build client relationships, deliver personalised consultations, and support sales and sustainability targets. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, working any five days in seven.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and across digital channels.
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm for fragrance, makeup, and skincare through confident storytelling.
- Deliver expert, personalised consultations that engage and educate clients.
- Use clienteling and data-capture tools to recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio.
- Help achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to CHANEL’s sustainability ambitions through collective action across restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting women’s autonomy.
