Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
- Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling
- Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
- Help achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs
- Contribute to ongoing sustainability initiatives across Chanel's four key areas: Restoring Nature and Climate, Investing in Circularity, Advancing Dignity and Prosperity, and Promoting the Autonomy of Women
