Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales service to clients, providing expert product recommendations across Chanel's fragrance and beauty ranges
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communications
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across fragrances, skincare, and makeup collections
