Chanel is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant in London (Morleys Brixton) to deliver luxury client service and drive beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience rooted in luxury service standards to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Provide expert fragrance and skincare consultations, demonstrations and makeovers to educate clients and drive product conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Manage client data and follow-up activities to expand a high-value clientele using personalised outreach and appointment management.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock integrity to brand standards; execute launches, promotions and in-store events.
- Process transactions accurately using the store POS, handle samples and gifting, and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the Chanel regional team to support brand initiatives and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fragrance and cosmetics with up-to-date product knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury beauty.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to advise discerning clients and build rapport quickly.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling retail transactions; punctuality and professional presentation at all times.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous but not required.

Experience
Previous experience in cosmetics, fragrance or luxury retail sales is preferred, typically 1–3 years demonstrating consistent sales performance and high standards of client service.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) required; vocational or professional qualifications in beauty, aesthetics or cosmetics desirable but not mandatory.
